Context - Final Self Portrait
Why I have chosen to pick Landscapes for my Self Portrait.
I have chosen to do landscapes as my final self portrait because where I live my environment around me makes me feel a sense of freedom and peace and for me its just a reminder of where I come from.
I also chose landscape because during the past few weeks my love for sceneries have grown because it shows the beauty of my environment and where I come from.

Evaluation - Final Self Portrait
What worked with the photos that I took?
I managed to use some techniques. for example, Blur and the use of foreground, midground and background, direct light.
What didn't work with the photos that I took?
I didn't use a variety of different techniques because I wasn't sure how to take the photos. For example, the rule of thirds.
What could I do better next time?
Ask for more help when I need it. And make sure that i have a better understanding of how to use a camera.

Experiments - Final Self Portrait
I like this photo because i'm using diffused lighting as the image is dark as if something was blocking the sun.
I like this image because the background is blurry so the midground and foreground is in focus.

Application - Final Self Portrait
I have taken some photographs around the waterfront of the landscape.
I have used Single shots and panoramic shots to get the beauty of the neighborhood and the ocean.
I like this photo because the light hits the midground and background but doesn't hit the foreground.
I like this image because it shows a wide shot of the environment.
I like this photo because it uses the technique of direct light. (from the sun) and also uses shadow.

Research - Final Self Portrait
Carr Clifton:
He was born in California, United States of America in 1957. Clifton is an American Landscape, Nature and Wilderness photographer. He began photographing and printing professionally in 1979 and spent 35 years exploring and documenting endangered, wild landscapes.
He works with a large format 4x5 film camera and a digital camera.
Some of his works:
I like his works because to me when I look at them it makes me think of freedom and peace. I also like the way that he uses a wide shot to capture the lakes and reserves around the mountains into his images of artwork. And the techniques that he has
used. For example, the used of light and dark (shadows) and reflections.
